More Knights In Wales!

Our Knights Cartoon greetings cards will be on sale in Oxwich Castle and Rhuddlan Castle from April 2011.

You’ll also find our Knights Cartoon greetings cards at Beaumaris CastleCaerphilly Castle, Chepstow Castle and Conwy Castle.

These castles are looked after by ‘Cadw’, the Welsh Assembly Government’s historic environment division.

‘Cadw’ is a Welsh word which means ‘to keep’ and their aim is to protect and sustain, encourage community engagement in and improve access to the historic environment of Wales. This includes historic buildings, ancient monuments, historic parks, gardens and landscapes, and underwater archaeology.

John O’Groats To Lands End Moped Run!

Our friend Norman Hyde joins John O’Groats to Lands End moped run!

Warwick-based former drag racer Norman Hyde will be making one of the slowest rides of his career this March in aid of Help for Heroes. Norman, who made a career out of racing and producing performance parts for Triumph motorcycles, will be joining members of the Triumph Trident Owners Club who are entering the John O’ Groats to Lands End run on a 50cc moped.

Built by the Norton-Villers-Triumph group in in the 1970’s, the Easy Rider model has a top speed of around 30mph, so the journey will take six days to complete, finishing at Lands End on 1st April.
